ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I grew up surrounded by a vibrant blend of cultures, art, and creativity. My passion for the arts began in my early education, focusing on fine arts before transitioning to Design and Technology for Theater during my time at Florida Atlantic University in 2011. It was there that I delved into the world of visual storytelling, discovering the art of dynamic compositions and understanding the importance of collaboration in the creative process. I later earned an MFA in Theater Technical Direction and Scenic Design from Southern Illinois University, where I sharpened my skills in meeting deadlines, adapting to creative challenges, and exploring my unique voice as a designer.

Since 2018, I’ve built a career in theater and live entertainment, but my interest in graphic design has always been a constant. In 2021, I took a leap and began transitioning to graphic design by enrolling at Wake Technical Community College, where I’m set to graduate in May 2025. Over the course of my studies, I’ve gained technical proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom) and developed new skills in HTML and CSS for web design. My work combines a sense of drama, purpose, and the power of impactful visuals. I’m passionate about offering professional services—branding, logo and packaging design, website design, artwork, and illustrations—to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and clients seeking fresh, authentic perspectives that resonate with their audiences.
